How to replace EXTRG_IN with TRGMUX?

Hi,

I used external trigger (EXTRG_IN on PTC0) for starting timer on KL27 devices, and it was working fine. Now I want to do the same on KL28 (or similar device) with TRGMUX module (without EXTRG_IN), but I can't find any example for this. There is AN5399 TRGMUX on KL28 (TPM, ADC, DMA, LPSPI), but I want to know how to setup things for triggering timer from port pin, for example start timer from PTD0.
