about bit [31: 26] of SRC_SBMR2 of i.MX 6Solo

Hi .

We want to know more detail define in about bit [31: 26] of SRC_SBMR2 of i.MX 6Solo.

Because We setting eMMC boot in SD4 pin.

SRC_SBMR1 = 0x00005680

We know Bootable SRC_SBMR2 value is

SRC_SBMR2 (0x020D801C) = 0x22000001

We also test bootable board and remove test_mode pull down 4.7k ohm

We read SRC_SBMR2 value is

SRC_SBMR2(0x020d801c) = 0x21000001

We want to know more detail define in bit [29:28] of SRC_SBMR2.

Some fail board is show SRC_SBMR2(0x020d801c) = 0x12000001  or  0x02000001

We want to which test fail , SRC_SBMR2 is show 0x12000001  or  0x02000001 .

bits [29:27] of SRC_SBMR2 reflects state of TEST_MODE[2:0] signals,

used for factory testing. Information about these signals are not available.
