GPIO_SD_B1_05 is the special pins to RT1050/60 chip, it is the FLEXSPI_A_DQS, we recommend the customer leave this pin as float, otherwise, it will influence the flexspi flash operation speed.
So, I highly recommend you don't use this pins as other function.
About your problem can't enter the debugger mode again, you can do the external flash erase at first by entering the serial download mode.

If your external flash is QSPI, you also can use the JLINK command to erase it:
exec EnableEraseAllFlashBanks
erase all
