i.MX6DQPOP Thermal Design

Is there a thermal design guide for the i.MX6DQPOP products? 
Maybe something similar to section 6 in the IMX6DQSCMHardwareDevelopersGuide?

Are the POP parts closer to the SCM in regards to thermal management than they are to the normal i.MXDQ parts?
