How to connect jlink to 1064 evk board

Hi,

      I am trying to connect jlink to 1064 evk board but i got error.

      I need to modify evk board hardware ?

      How to solve this issue ?

Hi Vasudhevan G,

  Do you mean you want to connect the external JLINK to the MIMXRT1064-EVK board, right?

  If yes, please disconnect J47, J48, J49, J50, these connector will use the on board debugger.

  After you disconnect the above jumper, then you can connect your external JLINK to your J21 interface.

  You can use the JLINK commander and the SWD interface to connect the RT chip, can you find the ARM core?

  If you can find the ARM core, then you can use it debug the chip.

  If your debugger still can't work, you can try to erase the flash at first, then try it again.

   Thank you for your response.

   As per your suggestion removed J47, J48, J49, J50.

   I got error.
