S32DS_Power_Linux_v2.1 installer fails on Ubuntu 18.04

The S32DS Power installer for Linux is failing on my Ubunt 18.04 machine.

$ ./S32DS_Power_Linux_v2.1.bin

I downloaded it multiple times and all have the same checksum sum:

Which raises more issues:


1. Can you just release the GCC binaries separate? I have no desire to ever use the IDE.

2. Why is NXP so bad at opensource? I realize the PowerArchitecture skews to automotive, but just dumping a bunch of patch files on the community is absolutely not what opensource is about.

3. platformio support would be amazing. But I know that's a pipe dream.
