If I am not using split termination(like in figure below) is it ok to put Rbus=94 ohms in between BP and BM? Or is Rbus=47 ohms?

You can put Rbus=94 ohms but still suggest use the split termination!

For the bus termination it is highly recommended to use the so-called split termination.

Split termination is able to significantly improve the signal symmetry between BP and BM, thus reducing electromagnetic emission and improving electromagnetic immunity.

Recommended values for the split termination capacitor are within the range from 4.7nF to 47nF.

The value of the two resistors should match at least within 2% (absolute tolerance 1%).
At those two nodes that have the maximum electrical distance on the bus it is recommended that the cable ends are terminated with a resistance equal or slightly higher to the nominal cable impedance, e.g. RT/2 = 47Ω.

At all other nodes it is possible to use a high-ohmic termination with e.g. RT/2 = 1300Ω.
