Hi Team,

For the i.MX RT 1060 design, can we connect 2 MICs for one single data line and clock with SAI interface from HW and SW perspective. And could this be repeat for 4 data lines with one single clock line i.e. 8 MICs in SAI interface.

One of the application note screenshot attached.

Than you in advance.

Hello, Vaidehi

The implementation you put on the image is possible with the RT1060. Unfortunately, we don't have an example that meets this implementation, however, you can take one of the SDK examples and use it as a base for your project.

As discussed over mail,
Application is for Voice DSP processor design which should support Alexa voice services (WuW) with below features:
   -   Voice processing to clean up signal for better noise recognition
   -   Echo cancellation, Beamforming, source tracking, noise cancellation, AEC
Voice input should be given to MIC Array and output should be received from speaker.
We have purchased MCU based solution for AVS board for PoC.
As mentioned for MCU based solution for AVS design, Amazon FreeRTOS will be provided.
Could you please help, how to flash and boot-up the board?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Vaidehi
