I could make start GUI Flash Tool. However, failed to erase and terminate the job as

         :

         :

Executing SetupTarget()
Cortex-M0 identified.
Erasing device...
**************************
WARNING: T-bit of XPSR is 0 but should be 1. Changed to 1.
**************************
****** Error: Failed to measure CPU clock frequency
ERROR: Erase returned with error code -1.
Script processing completed.
Unable to perform operation!
Command failed with exit code 1

What's wrong? How should I do?

That log message is coming out of the SEGGER probe software.

Please provide full details of the version of MCUXpresso IDE being used, the version of SEGGER software being used, the type of SEGGER probe being used,  the full log being generated, the target MCU being used and whether this is your own board or a standard eval board.

Dear MCUXpresso IDE Support,

I have no problem when using "debug" on MCUXpresso IDE.

in debug, I can write program to flash and initiate debugging.

ust in GUI Flash Tool. I am using same MCUXpresso and same

JLink as in debug.

I don't understand such message

         :

Erasing device..
**************************
WARNING: T-bit of XPSR is 0 but should be 1. Changed to 1.

It does not perform erase at first, so, I do not any other action more.

Thank you

Hi Nishimoto,

Are you using the latest version of MCUXpresso? The last version released was the (11.0.1).

Would you please share more details? What IDE version and what MCU are you using? On what probe is this happening? Have you tried other flash operations besides 'erase'?

Greetings,
