Hi community

For some time now we have based our product developments on Kinetis devices and uTasker and are very pleased with the simplicity and reliability that results (as well as personal support) so that we can concentrate on the product rather than the processor details.

We are especially happy to have been able to connect our designs (running uTasker) using USB serial / keyboard to Windows, Linux (Raspberry pi Zero W), Android (Samsung Note 3) and Apple (Macbook Pro) devices.  In all cases, we were able to get our products to connect WITHOUT installing drivers (windows required an inf file for USB serial to tell the OS to use the usbser.sys driver).  Over the years, we have hated asking our customers to install drivers to connect to our products and finding an OS which supports the native OS usbser drivers on Windows/MAC was important.

Here is a quick video of it in operation with a Samsung Note 3 running DroidTerm: (please excuse the video quality).

The developer of DroidTerm developed the USBSerial drivers library - See

uTasker is a great value and Mark's support is invaluable.
