LPC1124 capabity of detection of 5000pulse per second input

Hi,

I am using LPC1124 with exkernat crystla of 12MHZ in one of my project. I want to know How much max speed of input pulse can the CPU LPC1124 can detect.and what is the formulae for calculation. 

can the CPU LPC1125 detect 5000pulse per second ?

Hi Dhiren,

Unfortunately this data isn't characterized, but with a 5 k pulses per second that is a moderated quantity of pulses you shouldn't have problems. If you want to check how to use the timer module I will suggest to check the LPCOpen (check link here) and for enabling the capture match check the reference manual chapter 12 and 13.
