FS6513 Vpre voltage dies down after 8 secs on start

I am using FS6513 with an input of 24V. Only portion upto Vpre is populated. The Vcore portion is disconnected. Every Time the power supply is turned on the Voltage on Vpre rises upto 6.5V but dies down to zero exactly after 8 sec.

Is this some spurious fault detect by the IC?. Any leads on how to debug the issue would be appreciated.

Also, as of now planning to use FS6513 only to generate 5V on Core. For this function, do we need to program the IC or just configuring via hardware is sufficient. I understand that there are few registers that need to be programmed. But I am not going to the SPI or CAN or any other functionality for now. So, I am assuming that interfacing with the MCU is not required.

1:When SBC startup there is a self-inspection,please refer to datasheet page66 startup shem for more detail.

If some channel regulators no outputs the SBC will startup fail.

2:Don't suggest your do non-program SBC when you used it.
