Is there an i.MXRT equivalent to the "Memory Stress Test"?

The other i.MX products (5, 6, 7, 8) have a "Memory Stress Test Tool". I've run this on an i.MX53 a few years ago to find and fix a memory failure at hot and cold temperatures. Is there an equivalent tool for the i.MXRT? We're using a "Mobile" SDRAM chip and we'd like to qualify it over temperature and speed.

Hello,

  I am afraid, we do not have such stress test for i.MX RT external memory as mentioned ones 

for  the i.MX devices.
