what is c55fmc of MPC5744?

   I am curious about what is  Embedded Flash Memory (c55fmc)  of MPC5744? 

c55fmc is 55nm flash memory controler? I know c90tfs mean that 99nm thin file storage.

Hi,

c55fmc is an evolution of C90FL flash which was used on some MPC56xx devices.

It's 55nm technology and fmc means flash memory cells.

Dear Lukas,

   I compare S32K with MPC5744,S32K is C90TFS and MPC5744 is C55FMC,what is diffrence between C90TFS and C55FMC?  I can't find any documents that describes that,if this is a screte for NXP, this question can be aborted.
