Difference between MC68376BGMFT20 and MC68376BGMAB20

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for the difference between these two µprocessors :

- MC68376BGMFT20 and MC68376BGMAB20

I've found some informations in this file : https://www.nxp.com/files-static/microcontrollers/doc/user_guide/MC68336376UM.pdf but only for MC68376BGMFT20.

Maybe it's just a difference of temperature, but if anyone knows this information I'll be very happy.
