if bfu725 can be used in Ka band

IN BFU725 data sheet , the applications includes Ka-Band DRO, but i notice that the S-PARA is only gived to 26GHz, but Ka band is about 26.5-40GHz, so i dont know whether this transistor can be used in Ka-Band oscillator design.

BFU725F has Ft = 55GHz.
It can be used for DRO oscillator up to ~30GHz (checked) and ~35GHz (with doubt).

And I still don’t understand that if the S-para only gives to 26G, how can I confirm the correctness of the model. In other words, I’m worried about the simulation results is different from the Actual circuit.

In your experience, is that a problem that I should worried?
