Hi Tech community,

I got a IMXRT1020-EVK RevB1. however I couldn't find its schematics on NXP website.

Is the IMXRT1020-EVK RevB1 Schematics available? If no, when can I get that?

What is the difference between RevA3 and RevB1?

Best regards,

Yoshi

Hi Yoshiyuki Okada,

Thanks a lot for your pictures.

B1 version on board debugger chip is LPC4322, A3 version on board debugger chip is MK20.

  It seems just this difference.

About the schematic, I have helped you contacted with our related department, please check my attached B1 schematic.

Wish it helps you!

If you still have questions about it, please kindly let me know.

Have a great day,
Kerry

Hi Yoshi,

Could you give me a photo about your board which indicate that your board is SCH REVB1.

I have checked my board, all are the sch revA3.

By the way, do you check the schematic about the A3 directly:

https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=MIMXRT1020-EVK-Design-Files

Any difference with your board?

Have a great day,
Kerry

Hi Kerry,

Plz find an attached file which indicates the board is SCH RevB1

And, I’ve already checked A3 schematic however it is hard to check the board visually.

Best regards,

Yoshi
