How can I resolve a target error from Commit Flash write with PN7462 ?

I use the PN7462 microcontroller to use the NFC part and I supply it with a cr 2032 battery (220 mAH). When I try to connect it to MCUXpresso to debug my program on it, I have this error who appears :

following reset read of core registers failed - Ep(08). Cannot access core regs when target running.
Target error from Commit Flash write: Ep(08). Cannot access core regs when target running.
GDB stub (crt_emu_cm_redlink) terminating - GDB protocol problem: Pipe has been closed by GDB.

Some people say that it could be the supply current which is not sufficient but when I asked the NXP tchat, they said to me that it's not the problem, it could work with a cr2032 battery.

So, can someone could help me please ?

Thanks,

Louis.

Hello,

Is it a custom board, if so, could you please try to power it through external supply to discard the battery?

Thank you.

Ivan.

Hello,

Yes, it's a custom board, I made an electronic card based on the OM27462

development board (only the NFC part with PN7462 and all circuit matching).

I try to test my card but I had this error.

I tried to power it with an external supply and it corrects my error. I

think that the CR2032 battery was not enough powerful to supply the whole

circuit.

I have now another problem because I suceed to launch debug session but

when I start the running, nothing happens. the MCUXpresso telnet session

opens but it doesn't run the program normally.

Sometimes, I have also this error (picture) who appears.

Do you have a solution please ?

Thank you very much,

Best regards,

Louis.

Hello,

Please accept my apologies but we recommend to first start with our development board and then move to a custom solution: NFC Controller development kit - | NXP

Have a nice day.

Ivan.

Hi,

I have started with your development board OM27462CDK to test my program

and after I made my own custom board.

Thanks,

BR,

Louis

Hello,

In this case pleas make sure that your power supply is providing enough power to the board and also please check your hardware design with the ones of the eval board, please see below.

Hi,

Thanks, I solved the problem on my board with increasing the power supply.

However, I have another error when I'm debugging a program on MCUXpresso IDE on the development kit OM27462CDK.

this error appears when I launch the debug :

error connect core.PNG

I tried to update the user EEPROM but it didn't correct the problem.

Do you know what is the origin of this error and how to resolve it ?

Thanks,

BR,

Louis.

Hello,

May I ask if you are debugging it through LPC-Link 2? -if so, please make sure that the cable is properly connected to the board's connector. Have you tried flashing an unmodified example of the reader's Library? Please share your results and more information about the project to be flashed.

Thank you.

Ivan.

Hi,

Yes, I debug it through LPC-Link 2.

Yes it's well connected to the board's connector.

yes, I tried to flash an unmodified example which i have uploaded from PN7462AU_FW_v05.21.00_Full

I try to flash NfcrdlibEx4_MIFAREClassic and there is the result i have:
