We are a company in Pudong. We are using your MC33PT2000 chip, but we have some problems in the process of using it.

1. The new board is abnormal when PT2000 is used.

2. PT2000 has not been able to increase the pressure. Or it can't go up after loading.

3. PT2000 has the problem of burning chips, and this problem has occurred more than once.

4. Our contact information is 150-0025-6530. Is it convenient to contact us?

5. my e-mail is yuanguangyi@puzhitech.com

5.我的邮箱是 yuanguangyi@puzhitech.com

谢谢!

Hi Quangyi,

Couple of questions to better understand the issue you are facing:

1. The new board is abnormal when PT2000 is used.

>> What is the difference between your old and new board? Can you share their schematics? Does the issue appear on all your new boards?

2. PT2000 has not been able to increase the pressure. Or it can't go up after loading.

>> What is actually the load and what pre-driver/MOSFET are you talking about? Do you have any oscilloscope plots illustrating unexpected behavior? Can you share your requirements/settings?

3. PT2000 has the problem of burning chips, and this problem has occurred more than once.

>> What is the occurrence rate and is the PT2000 or an external MOSFET burned?

Best regards,

Tomas
