Solutions by NXP for low data rate SDR solution

iI All,

I want to ask about reconfigurable one chip solution if available by NXP.By this I mean to say, that I want sub1GHz transceiver but I want it to reconfigure systems physical and MAC layer on the fly. Solution must be capable of onboard processing(stand alone configuration) for low data rates.

Uptil now I have seen SDR architecture which uses FPGA for processing and controllers for control signals mostly.

My maximum data rate is 300kbps so I want to have a solution which can work for this data rate max and yet low cost and low power consuming too.

Best Regards

Rizwan

Hi Muhammad,

-I recommend OL2385 transceiver with an embedded MCU

400 kbps 4(G)FSK, 200 kbps 2(G)FSK, ASK, OOK

-Please look at the KW01 ultra-low-power 48 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit core

Supports 802.15.4 MAC/PHY, SMAC and Kinetis Software Development Kit (SDK).

Could you please look at these products? and please let me know if you have any further question.

Regards,

Mario
