The waveforms of the SCL and SDA pins of the lpi2c_mater_S32K148 official routine are sharp waves.The pins I measured with an oscilloscope.The waveform is shown in the picture.why?

Thank you for your answer, but now I have a headache. My S32K148EVB board can't download the program through OpenSDA. Maybe it's because my chip was locked because I chose to jump the cap with hot-plug power. Is there any way to solve this problem?I plugged in the power supply and the USB connection between the computer and the MCU. The firmware I chose was also correct. The picture is an error that occurred after I downloaded the program.

This is not the phenomenon that chip was locked. Please check your hardware.

HI, 

Because the pins work in Open-Drain Mode. The signals are not driven HIGH by the IO drivers but they are pulled up by pull-up resistors on the bus. The signals depend on the pull-up resistance and the capacitance of the bus.
