You may use the latest version of the Pins Tool for i.MX (link below) which already has support for this processor. Please note that the tool requires internet access to fetch the processor’s configurations on demand.

And i am not able to convert this file to excel sheet. 

Could you please help me to get excel file after assigning all the pins.

Hello Ramesha S P,

The Pins Tool does not support exporting to Excel format exactly. You may, however, export to cvs format, which you can open in excel.
