I am trying to use MCUXpresso Config Tool to check the pinning of the proposed MCU. I have activated “Native” in preferences section under Proxy, but I still get “Network is not available or offline mode is on” . Box for offline mode is not checked.

Do you know what can be the problem?

Hi Jakob,

what processor do you use?

Config Tools does not contains data for all processor in the installation and downloads the data only if needed. Please double check you have internet connection when trying to start work with the processor for the first time. Once data for the processor are downloaded, they are cached and you can work offline

Hello Jakob,

1) are you behind proxy?

2) which Config Tools are you using 5 or 6, or in MCUXpresso IDE (10.3 or 11)?

3) could you attach here c:\Users\<user>\.nxp\swtools.log

and in case of MCUXpresso IDE attach <workspace>/.metadata/.log ?

Thank you,

Libor
