Location of lpddr4_pmu_train_imem.bin

I'm trying to build a bootable image for the i.MX8MMini_EVK. I am building the various images required by imx-mkimage, but I cannot find where those files are located:   lpddr4_pmu_train_imem.bin and lpddr4_pmu_train_dmem.bin

This page states that they are required, but the git repo no longer exists.

these files are provided with i.MX8 MSCALE SERIES DDR Tool Release (V2.10) 

and used for generation uboot xxx_timing.c according to description MSCALE_DDR_Tool_User_Guide.pdf

included in package.
