Using the Extended Boot ROM on LS1046A

Hello,

The LS1046A has an extended Boot ROM space of 15MB starting from the address 00_0010_0000.

My question is,

1. Is this memory programmable or even writable? 

2. If yes, is there any specific procedure to use this memory?

3. Is it possible to boot from this space (by having the RCW, still in the external memory like QSPI, but having customized boot code starting from this address).

4. If questions 1, 2 & 3 are answered no, then what is the use of this memory for an external user?

4) This memory is for internal SOC needs hidden from typical usage, therefore, no need to disclose the details for external usage.
