USE S912ZVML31F1MKF,According to the document “MC9S12ZVM-Family Reference Manual and Datasheet”, ADC0 temperature sensor、ADC1 temperature sensor、Vreg Temperature senor。“ADC0 temperature sensor” and  " ADC1 temperature sensor" is ADC Internal temperature sensors。 “Vreg Temperature senor” is  TempSense。Does that mean there are three temperature sensors in the chip? ,Which one is usually used?Which one reflects the true ambient temperature?

At the same time, transformation formula of “ADC Internal temperature sensors ”  was not found。

Regarding S12ZVM, there are three temp sensors implemented in the devicie.
One is in VREG, and two temp sensors are in each ADC. (ADC0, ADC1)
Temperature sensor is done by transistor and reference current source therefore you can measure directly voltage by ADC. Temp sensor itself described in AN3624 is the same as temperature sensor in S12ZVM voltage regulator.
Both other sensors (in ADC modules) are the same type, just without register settings, electrical specifications in the data sheet,…

Note regarding AN3624: There are differences between ADC (ATD) modules in S12XE and S12ZVM. So, this is point where AN3624 did not fit to S12ZVM family.

Hi,

Could you please provide any document or info, regarding how to interpret the ADC values, that come from ADC0/1 temperature sensor - Internal_0 channel.

Regards
