Hi,
I am trying to bring up iMx27 ADS Evaluation board. I am using NFS to mount the root file system.
It is giving an error "failed to execute /linuxrc" and giving kernel panic error. Please suggest.

Please post the complete error message and also your kernel command line.
 
Are you able to mount your rootfs via NFS locally (in your host computer)?
