LPDDR4 part selection for i.MX8MQ

Hi Team,

We going to design our custom board using iMX8MQ.

As there is Micron's LPDDR4 used on EVK board. So, can we use 32Gb(4GB) Samsung LPDDR4 part number "K4FBE3D4HM-GFCL" on our custom board?

Is there any known issue or risk if I use this part?

Please provide a solution to this topic as soon as possible because I require it's solution very urgent.

Also, I have attached the Samsung LPDDR4 datasheet for reference.

Please also suggest the other alternative 4GB LPDDR4 parts which can I use with the iMX8MQ processors.

Yes, you can use the LPDDR4 part you've specified without any issue.

There are no "preferred" memory parts, all JEDEC-compliant ones can be used.
