What are the basic and main differences between the KL05Z and KL25Z boards? In terms of programming, are these boards compatible? I have a KL05Z card and I intend to buy a KL25Z.

Hi Alexandre Cesar,

About the detail difference between the KL25 and KL05, you can check this document:

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/product-selector-guide/KINETISLMCUSELGD.pdf

Just some peripheral difference, the clock module also have different, the KL05 just have FLL module, don't have PLL module, the package also not the same, it is not the pin to pin compatible.

But don't worry, the programming item is totally the same.

Wish it helps you!

f you still have question about it, please kindly let me know.

Have a great day,
Kerry
