Hi
When the board appears as USB-MSD it is possible to drag and drop a file onto it. What happens to the file that is dropped onto it (I have it set up to boot from FlexSPI)?
Should the FlexSPI Flash be programmed (does it need binary or SREC format)?
When I try this there is no change to the program that is being run.
Is there no USB-MSD programming capability or does it have to be done differently?
Thanks
Regards
Mark
Hi Mark Butcher,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and
for the opportunity to serve you.
To provide the fastest possible support, I'd highly recommend you to refer to 4.1. OpenSDA Drag/Drop and boot from QSPI Flash section in the AN12018, it illustrates the steps needed that program an image to QSPI Flash by using OpenSDA Drag/Drop.
Have a great day,
TIC
