Please check your on board debugger, CMSIS DAP or others?
The on board IMXRT1050-EVKB debugger can support CMSIS DAP and JLINK.
You can find it from:Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers\unspecified
If it is the DAPLINK CMSIS DAP, it means your on board debugger is CMSIS DAP, you need to chose the CMSIS DAP In the keil.
From your picture, your MDK didn't select the correct debugger interface.
Please refer to my picture choose the correct debugger.
