I purchased a SPC5744PFMLQ9 (PIN-144), powered up after soldering, and found that its reset pin (PIN31) is always low, even if it is connected to a 5K pull-up resistor, it is still low. After connecting with the JTAG debugger, it will report an error when debugging, as shown below.531.png

According to the S32DS prompt, I checked the reference manual, but I am not sure if the chip is locked. If it is locked, how should I unlock it?

Hello,

your problem is not related to locked microcontroller. If reset line is always 0, this means, microcontroller is still in reset and this could be caused by many reasons.

I suppose you have your own board design (please write me if I am wrong). First of all, I recommend you to check all hints from MPC5744P hardware design guide, please see the link below.

Especially, be sure your power supply design is correct.
