CLRC663 & MFRC630 EEProm lifetime

Question asked by Jonathan Frech on Apr 28, 2019

As the mentioned products conatin an eeprom that is user-writable, it would be nice to use this in a design, which would make the external eeprom for a MCU obsolete.

But, i've not found any information about the life time (read/write operations) of the eeprom inside the mentioned products. Since standart external eeproms can be anything between 10k and 10mil read/write operations, it would be critical to know how many times the eeprom could be written.

Any info about this?
