It seems that either your toolchain is not configured properly or that maybe a virus scanner has removed your binaries. Can you check that all the needed files are present in the bin folder?
Other than that, I recommend that you create a new project with the wizard and to see if the problem is with your project or with your setup. Or that you share/upload your project.

When I create a new S32K148 project, it's ok to compile and run,maybe there is something wrong whit my project configuration, could you take a look at it for me? sorry ,but I don't how to add file(project) to the NXP.
So there is definitely something wrong with your project.
You can upload your project the same way as you uploaded your previous zip file.
I suggest you compare your project settings with the one working, you probably can spot the difference easily.
Or you can compare the .cproject files inside your project root.

After that - GNU tools can be found.
