Dear Hanjin Kim, the Activation of the card is only possible if the card is present PRES = 1 and if the voltage is correct since this pin is used to know when a card is present or withdrawal. this helps to the activation sequence or deactivation. what do you mean when you say "If there is no pin to use PRES pin, How can I use PRES pin? want to get this clear and so I dont assume something.
