Can you try again? From time to time there are maintenance jobs on www.nxp.com and some links may not be active. I checked this morning and it seems to work fine.
In case you still have issues then perhaps we can figure another way with the help of NXP office in China.

and then select the version 2018.R1:
Apparently, something have changes in the NXP software account management and the link that contains the product IDs as numerical are no longer accessible for first time download. They work only if you have already downloaded the product in the past.
Please let me know if that works.
