CAN2.0B is a protocol format not relevant for the tranceiver, but for CAN controllers.
The TJA1050 is an old design, I would recommend considering e.g. the TJA1051 or TJA1057, both ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 compliant.
