I'm trying to implement the ethernet module (FEC) using MPC5777c 516DS . we are purchasing daughterboard only standalone.CAN FEC Module be tested with standalone (only daughterboard)?

I'm choosing RMII mode I'm referring the example code from AN4577 and the MPC5777M FEC example:

One More Query is it possible to do a TFTP module implementation without lwip or FNET stack? if soa ref link or eample would be appreciated..

Unfortunately no, because Ethernet PHY is not presented in Daughter card, also, there is no connector available. I recommend you to buy MPC57xx Motherboard too.

2) One More Query is it possible to do a TFTP module implementation without lwip or FNET stack?

Theoretically it is possible, but you must implement Layer 3 and Layer 4 protocols on your own. Because TFTP is Layer 7 application protocol, IP and UDP must be available too. This is what FNET or LwIP implements by default.
