VGNE2 & VGEN4 measured value is not as per the OTP configuration

I have used MMPF0100F0AZES PMIC in my design. All Power Rails Are Working Fine; Despite VGEN2 & VGEN4.

As per the F0 OTP config, VGEN2 should be

VGEN2 - 1.5V

VGEN4 - 1.8V

But currently, I am getting below voltage as an output.

VGEN2 - 3.2

VGEN4 - 2.65

I have measured this Rails on multiple boards but the result remains the same.

Here I am also attaching the Schematic of PMIC Section. 

Kindly let us know where I have done a mistake.

You can add load on VGEN2/4 to test again!
