软件安全认证的问题

大家好，我们正在做基于MC9S12XET256芯片的UL1998软件安全认证，现在正在考虑怎么设计CPU、SPI通讯的等的检测方法，请问NXP有没有一些相关的测试例程或方法。

Hi,

Your question, if I understand it well, lead us to functional safety and ISO26262.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you such a routines for this MCU.

As an additional information I can mention that newer (automotive specification) devices we are able to provide such a routines are S12 MagniV family devices, S12ZVL, S12ZVC, S12ZVM, S12ZVMB. However, the routines are not free and they are provided via official distributor.
