imx.6dq camera green screen

Imx.6dq opens the original system camera, video playback shows green screen, using Camera. Preview Callback interface callback byte [] data shows green screen, how to solve this problem? Have you ever encountered this problem? Ask for advice?

green screen may be caused if there are some hardware problems:

no signal from camera or wrong connections. One can check camera signals

with oscilloscope.
