Hi,

I have question about the i.MX 8XDualPlus Ethernet Frame Parser.

The reference manual describes the MAXINDEX field in ENET_RXPCTL as "Number of valid entries in the Match Array table." with a note saying the depth of the table is chip-specific.

(i.MX 8DualXPlus/8QuadXPlus Applications Processor Reference Manual, Rev. D, 11/2018) page 3709

What is the depth of Match Array table?

Thanks.

Andre

My own tests show that the maximum is 64 entries (for the imx8qxp).

Hi Andre,

I’m afraid that the i.MX8X is still on preproduction, so, no additional information could be provided yet. If you need assistance, please contact your Sales/FAE.

Best regards!

/Carlos
