I need a spice file for npn transistor BFU520Y. i download the spice zip file from nxp website and extract this file. But the device i am looking for is not on the list of files. See the attached. Could you provide me the spice file for BFU520Y. Thanks

You can use the BFU520A spice model for each transistor (twice).
