Yes, RT1064 is already available on our web page: i.MX RT1064 crossover processor| Arm Cortex-M7| NXP | NXP 

2) What are the available revisions?

It is the first revision A0.

3) Is there a measurement of the real performance of the eMMC interface?

No, there isn't available these measurements yet.

4) Is there a measurement of the real performance of the USB interface as device?

No, unfortunately, there isn't available measurements of this.

5) Where can download sample projects as mass storage (RT1064 EVK)?

The RT is supported in the SDK software package: Welcome | MCUXpresso SDK Builder
