Hello!

I am searching a datasheet for the M908Q4ACE device. I try to find it on Freescale and web but I can not find it. Maybe someone can help me?

Thanks a lot!

Looks like a QT4A.  Isn't that what you ordered?

Hello tonyp!

I do not ordered this in a store. I bought from ebay a lot of electronic components. It was a gift from the seller.(50 pcs.) I also think that can be a QT1 or QT4. But the lable on it is not equal to the devices I have on stock.

There also is a discussion on Freescale forum:

But I am really not sure about this device. Maybe my 50 pcs. are false labled?

thanx a lot

Hi,

I think what you have is covered by this datasheet.

Printed on the actual device is a shortened version of the actual part number.

These short numbers are a real PITA.

Hi Peg!

Thank you for the answer! Can you describe me "PITA"? What does it means?

PITA is the bread normally used to wrap a souvlaki.  Or it can be a Pain In The ???

Hi,

No its not bread but a health condition.
You can get it from trying to decipher shortened part numbers or sitting for long periods in an uncomfortable chair.

Like RTFM it gets your point across whilst avoiding the automated censor prevalent here.
