Does the Chip MCIMX6D5EYM10AC need Heat sink

      I use the chip MCIMX6D5EYM10AC worked in a box. the box 's   size is about 200mmX150mm*40mm. I don't have more space for its Heat sink, so I want to know how much heat the chip produces when it works normally. When I know  its heat data,I can predict  wheather it will work safely in the box. The chip collocate with the battery chip MMPF0100.
