Does i.MXRT SEMC support mobile Low-Power SDRAM?

We consider to use i.MX RT1050 with mobile Low-Power SDRAM as below thread.

Its SEMC support both IO voltage 1.8V and 3.3V, but its datasheet doesn't mention about Low-Power SDRAM.

Does K66 SDRAM controller support mobile low power SDRAM? 

Could you tell me, can we use i.MX RT1050 with mobile Low-Power SDRAM?
