Hi,

As an IDE, you need CodeWarrior for MCUs (Eclipse IDE). There is now a fully free version that can be downloaded from CodeWarrior Downloads|NXP. Select the special edition which is free and not time-limited. It is code size limited,  but the limit is 64kB, which is enough for 16kB FXTH.

You might also find useful a setup guide for CodeWarrior (Installing and using CodeWarrior 10.x for TPMS applications). 

For programming and debugging we recommend using the P&E Micro Universal Multilink.
