Hello, i cant find a footprint for 272 BGA i.mx6 ULL. [ALTIUM DESIGNER]
It is unavaible on NXP IMX PINs tool.
I and my company are interested in using the MCIMX6Y2CVK08AB IMX6ULL
But i think that is a new product, because i cant find footprints and 3d model. Are they avaible?
Thanks
Thank you.
I moved to 289 BGA. Is bigger but i already found the footprint and 3d model. I hope that my choice will make time to prototype shorter and routing will be easier than 272BGA with a bigger area used on the PCB as disavantage.
M.
Hello Massimo,
we also use Altium, the import of Allegro/Orcad didn't work for the footprint.
Where did you find the 289 BGA footprint?
Can you please share a link or post the Altium file?
Thanks.

Hello Massimo Romano,
There is not a library per se and there are no 3D models available. Some customers extract the footprint and symbol from the schematics but the schematic on the web for the i.MX6ULL EVK correspond to the bigger package and it’s in Allegro format.
However, the information regarding the package can be found on the part details page:

My apologies for the inconvenience. I hope this helps!
Regards,
