Question about DCD version field on RT106x

In the UM for RT1060 it is shown that the Version field of the DCD data must be 0x41:

However, in the evkmimxrt1060_sdram_ini_dcd.h it is set to 0x40.

Which one is correct ?

but that is for the IVT, the one I referenced above is the DCD ?
